A well-run 360 is one of the most useful instruments in leadership development, and one of the hardest to deploy at scale. Expensive and burdensome, most companies historically reserved 360s for their most senior executives and skipped them for everyone else.

We spent the better part of two decades doing this work at the top end of the industry, advising CEOs and senior teams across early-stage companies and the global Fortune 500 on succession, assessment, coaching, and team effectiveness. The same problem kept surfacing: clients wanted rigorous feedback on more of their leaders, and the traditional model couldn't deliver it without doubling the budget.

Interval 360 is what we built to close that gap. The rater experience is a five-minute conversation, the synthesis runs automatically, and the report is short enough that a busy executive will actually read it. The rigor of a high-end 360 stays intact while the cost and burden come down, which is what finally makes it practical to run this kind of assessment on the rest of the leadership population, not just the top tier.
